Job Summary
Engage guests daily using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to support team goals and maintain brand values. Represent the company authentically to build brand loyalty and ensure every interaction reflects Aerie's integrity. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
