Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide exceptional shopping experiences and make product suggestions tailored to their needs. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy, and flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom as required. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to customers, ensuring you represent company values with your authentic self. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on building brand loyalty and supporting the team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You've worked in retail before.
