Job Summary
Drive sales and lead daily store operations as the primary LOD for the Store Team Leader, maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity while analyzing reporting to inform strategic business decisions. Motivate and train a high-performing team through real-time coaching, performance reviews, and development plans to ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and customer service expectations. Recruit and hire talent to meet staffing needs, maintain visual merchandising across all store zones, and uphold asset protection and safety policies. This full-time role requires flexible availability to work when guests shop, reporting directly to the Store Team Leader to execute short and long-term business plans.
