Lead daily store operations as a full-time Sales Leader, managing LOD shifts to maximize fitting room and sales floor productivity while driving KPI results. Motivate and train associates to uphold AEO service standards, ensuring guest readiness in fitting rooms and adherence to brand visual and operational procedures. Recruit and hire talent to meet staffing needs, providing real-time coaching and celebrating outstanding performance to foster a winning culture. Maintain strict asset protection and safety standards while representing company values and bringing your authentic self to work.
