Job Summary
In this full-time Sales Leader role, you will support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD shifts, managing daily store operations, and providing a stellar guest experience. You will drive sales results by maximizing salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through exceptional service. As a people leader, your responsibilities include recruiting and training associates, motivating the team, and maintaining a Guest First culture. You will execute visual and operational best practices, ensure store safety standards are upheld, and consistently provide performance feedback to associates.
