Motivate and train associates on AEO service standards, recruit new talent, and deliver real-time coaching based on clear goals. Execute visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves to ensure brand standards and guest readiness. Maintain safety and asset protection protocols while representing core values. Requires flexible availability to work when guests shop.
