Job Summary
Lead LOD shifts to maximize fitting room and sales floor productivity while driving KPI results and building guest loyalty. Manage daily store operations, recruit and train associates to uphold Guest First culture, and execute visual standards including merchandising and shipment processing. Motivate teams through real-time coaching, celebrate performance, and ensure strict adherence to safety, asset protection, and brand policies. Maintain guest-ready fitting rooms and hold associates accountable to service standards.
