Job Summary
Lead LOD shifts and manage daily store operations to maximize sales productivity and ensure guest loyalty. Motivate and train associates while holding them accountable to service standards and brand values. Recruit talent, set clear performance goals, and provide real-time coaching to drive engagement and KPI results. Execute visual and operational procedures, including merchandising and shipment processing, while maintaining safety and asset protection protocols.
