Job Summary
Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity while analyzing reporting to make strategic business decisions. Lead the merchandising team in executing floorset plans, managing sell-through adjustments, and ensuring strict adherence to AEO brand visual standards across all store zones. Recruit, hire, and train associates to deliver outstanding guest experiences, providing real-time coaching and maintaining performance reviews. Maintain store safety and asset protection standards while representing company values and ensuring the team remains guest-ready.
