Job Summary
Develop and implement store merchandising strategy by analyzing reporting, daily trends, and financial data to drive key KPIs and business plans. Coach the team on AEO brand visual standards, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to ensure the store is always guest-ready. Lead daily operations by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity while maintaining asset protection and safety standards. Recruit, hire, and train staff; provide real-time performance feedback, development plans, and reviews to build a high-performing team. Work full-time with flexible availability to support guest shopping hours.
Required Qualifications
- led teams in a retail management role previously
