Job Summary

Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity while analyzing reporting to make strategic business decisions. Lead daily merchandising execution, including sell-through adjustments, replenishment, and ensuring the store meets AEO brand visual standards. Coach your team on customer service excellence, conduct real-time performance feedback, and manage recruitment and development plans. Maintain asset protection and safety standards while executing operational procedures across all store zones.
