Job Summary
Execute effective Floorsets and merchandising updates to ensure your store represents AEO Brand Visual Standards. Drive killer Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and managing sell-through adjustments and replenishment. Champion the guest experience through daily merchandising oversight, safety standards maintenance, and shrink-reducing strategies. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining brand consistency while fostering a culture of recognition and teamwork. Maintain strict adherence to AEO policies and procedures across the sales floor and stockroom.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
