Merchandise Leader (Part-Time) supports Floorset execution and merchandising updates under the Merchandising Team Leader, drives replenishment to ensure the store aligns with AEO Brand Standards, trains and coaches the Floorset team to meet productivity goals, and collaborates to maintain guest-ready floors. The role emphasizes strong visual standards, attention to detail, teamwork, and a guest-focused store culture, while upholding store safety and shrink-reduction practices. Ideal candidates have retail merchandising experience, solid organizational skills, and flexible availability to support early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
