Job Summary
Drive outstanding guest experiences by ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective Floorset execution, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Train and coach the Floorset team to maintain productivity goals while championing a culture of recognition and celebrating team wins. Maintain store safety standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom by adhering to shrink-reducing strategies and company policies. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in keeping the team aligned on brand standards and operational excellence. This part-time role requires flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on retail merchandising skills and a passion for Aerie products.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
