Drive outstanding guest experiences by ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective Floorset execution, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Train and coach the Floorset team on productivity goals while championing a culture of recognition and celebrating team wins. Maintain store safety standards and adhere to shrink-reducing strategies to support the Merchandising Team Leader. Prioritize organization, attention to detail, and flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
