Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

Execute effective Floorsets, marketing updates, and replenishment to ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and maintaining standards from uppers to wardrobers. Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and guest experience while championing a culture of recognition. Maintain store safety standards on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom, adhering to shrink-reducing strategies and AEO policies. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in keeping the store fresh and representative of brand values.
