Job Summary
Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet visual standards from bustforms to wardrobers. Own daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and representative of AEO Brand Standards. Coach the merchandising team on maintaining brand integrity while championing a culture of recognition and celebrating team wins. Maintain safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom through shrink-reducing strategies and strict adherence to policies. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring the store looks fresh at all times.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
