Job Summary
Drive outstanding guest experiences by executing effective floorsets, marketing updates, and replenishment to maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards. Train and coach the floorset team on productivity goals while managing sell-through adjustments and daily merchandising. Champion a culture of recognition within the team and uphold store safety standards and shrink-reducing strategies. Ensure the store is always guest-ready through effective execution of all merchandising areas.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
