Job Summary
Drive outstanding guest experiences by executing Floorsets, managing sell-through adjustments, and ensuring daily replenishment to maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards. Train and coach the merchandising team on standards while championing a culture of recognition and celebrating team wins. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and shrink-reducing strategies across the sales floor and stockroom. This part-time role requires flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
