Job Summary
Execute effective Floorsets, marketing updates, and replenishment to ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards and remains guest-ready. Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and maintaining standards from uppers to wardrobers. Own daily merchandising, manage sell-through adjustments, and champion a culture of recognition while upholding safety and shrink-reducing strategies. Support the Merchandising Team Leader with clear communication and adherence to policies. Flexible availability required for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
