Job Summary
Execute effective Floorsets and merchandising updates to ensure the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Drive Floorset execution by training staff, setting productivity goals, and managing sell-through adjustments and replenishment. Champion the guest experience through daily merchandising oversight, shrink-reducing strategies, and maintaining safety standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering a fresh store appearance while fostering a culture of recognition and teamwork. This part-time role requires flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
