Job Summary
Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet AEO Brand Visual Standards from uppers to wardrobers. Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and looking fresh. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in championing the guest experience, maintaining safety standards, and implementing shrink-reducing strategies. Work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends to get product moving. Celebrate team wins and uphold integrity through adherence to policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
