Responsibilities include executing Floorsets, conducting merchandising updates, and coaching the Floorset team. You should have strong retail merchandising skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating an outstanding guest experience. Flexible availability is essential, as the role requires working varied hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
