Job Summary
Drive Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet visual standards from uppers to wardrobers. Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store "guest ready" and representative of AEO Brand Standards. Support the Merchandising Team Leader in championing a culture of recognition while maintaining safety standards and adhering to shrink-reducing strategies. This part-time role requires flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
