Job Summary
Lead merchandising and floorset execution for an Aerie store, driving guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring adherence to AEO Brand Standards. Own day-to-day merchandising, floorset training and coaching, replenishment, and opportunities identification to keep the store in peak visual condition. Collaborate to maintain store safety, shrink-reduction strategies, and a guest-focused culture, while supporting the team to execute merchandising updates and celebrate successes. Passion for AE/Aerie products and a proven ability to drive product movement and visual excellence are key.
Required Qualifications
- Retail merchandising experience
