Job Summary
Drive outstanding guest experiences by ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective Floorset execution, sell-through adjustments, and daily replenishment. Train and coach the Floorset team to maintain precision from uppers to wardrobers while championing a culture of recognition and celebrating team wins. Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and shrink-reducing strategies across the salesfloor and stockroom, partnering with leadership to game plan merchandising opportunities. This role requires flexible availability for early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, with a focus on organization, visual skills, and retail history.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
