Job Summary
Execute effective Floorsets, marketing updates, and replenishment strategies to ensure the store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Drive killer Floorset execution by training the team, setting productivity goals, and maintaining standards from uppers to wardrobers. Own day-to-day merchandising, manage sell-through adjustments, and champion a culture of recognition to prioritize the guest experience. Maintain store safety standards and adhere to shrink-reducing policies while representing company values. Requires flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You have flexible availability - you're there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening and on the weekends.
- You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills
- You have a history of retail work
