Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to build customer loyalty. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting team members and maintaining brand values.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
