Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and flex between the sales floor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to build customer loyalty. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting teammates and maintaining integrity through strict policy adherence.
