Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to guide product selections and build brand loyalty. Educate shoppers on AE and Aerie details while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones to support team goals and maintain store operations. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive customer retention. Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

- You've worked in retail before
- You're at least 16 years of age
