Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details, make personalized suggestions, and introduce the AEO loyalty program. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist your team and proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. You must be at least 16 years old and have prior retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
