Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate customers on AE & Aerie product details while actively promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flexibly rotate between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to assist with stocking and transactions. Proactively resolve guest concerns and adhere to company policies while supporting your team. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
