Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate customers on AE & Aerie product details while introducing the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones to assist with all tasks. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and supporting team members. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications

- You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest
- You do so with a 'friends first' mindset
- You're passionate about AE & Aerie product!
- You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
- You can hang! Your skillset rocks no matter what zone you're in
- You can easily flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
- You're an innovative problem solver!
- Making your guests' day is your priority
- You're able to proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy

- You've worked in retail before
- You're at least 16 years of age
