Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate customers on AE and Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to resolve concerns proactively and assist teammates. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment as a part-time Brand Ambassador.
