Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details and make personalized suggestions while introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom zones as needed to assist your team. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and store contests for exclusive prizes. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
