Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate customers on AE & Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones as needed, proactively resolving concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; requires prior retail experience and must be at least 16 years old.
