Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and resolve concerns proactively while maintaining a "friends first" mindset. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and cross-sell across brand channels to build loyalty. Flex between the sales floor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom to support all store zones. Assist teammates and adhere to company policies while representing brand values authentically. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
