Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience with a "friends first" mindset. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels while proactively resolving guest concerns in adherence to company policy. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to support team objectives and maintain brand integrity. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, applying prior retail experience to build brand loyalty and represent company values authentically.
