Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate customers on AE and Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist the team and resolve guest concerns proactively. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, adhering to company policies and values.
Required Qualifications

- You're passionate about AE & Aerie product!
- You're eager to introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests

- You've worked in retail before
- You're at least 16 years of age
