Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom zones while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to build customer loyalty. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting teammates to ensure all tasks are completed.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
