Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while proactively resolving concerns. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and promote brand channels to build customer loyalty. Assist teammates and adhere to company policies with integrity. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; must be at least 16 years old with prior retail experience.
