Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Flex across the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to build customer loyalty. Assist teammates and maintain a "friends first" mindset throughout the shift. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, have retail experience, and love AE and Aerie products.
