Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to guide them in finding products and suggest items that fit their needs. Share brand love by introducing the loyalty program and directing customers to additional channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to assist the team and solve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
