Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details, make personalized suggestions, and introduce the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to ensure all tasks are completed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and policies & procedures. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, assisting team members to get the job done.
