Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate customers on AE & Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to resolve guest concerns proactively and assist teammates. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time role offers development opportunities, potential for career advancement, and 40% off merchandise year-round.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
