Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience and make their day better. Educate shoppers on product details, make personalized suggestions, and introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed while proactively resolving guest concerns and adhering to company policies. Assist teammates to ensure the job gets done and represent company values by bringing your real self to work. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support guests during their shopping hours.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before

- You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
