Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details, make personalized suggestions, and introduce the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones while proactively resolving guest concerns and adhering to company policies. Assist teammates to get the job done and represent company values by bringing your real self to work daily. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support guests during peak shopping times.
Required Qualifications
