Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide a personalized shopping experience while educating them on product details and making tailored suggestions. Proactively resolve guest concerns and adhere to company policies while flexing between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive brand loyalty. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting teammates and representing company values with your real self.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
