Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to help them find products and make their day better. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie details while making personalized product suggestions and introducing the loyalty program. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom zones to assist your team and proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policy. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment to build brand loyalty and represent company values.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
