Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and build brand loyalty with a friendly, authentic approach. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to shoppers, maintaining high energy in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 16. Candidates should possess prior retail experience and a passion for AE and Aerie products.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
